Covid Update

As we all continue to monitor the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation very closely, we wanted to reach out and share the actions MicroDirect is taking to keep our customers and employees safe. As your trusted partner in products, we are committed to delivering the MicroDirect experience you know and love in an environment that promotes and protects the well-being of all across the US and Canada.

Hygiene standards for our customers, staff, work environment, and products are and will always be a top priority. However, as the situation evolves, we have taken additional actions to ensure that our entire organization is here to serve you in the safest way possible. All of our staff is prioritizing good hygiene practices and our products are made in a secure and sanitized facility.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has stated that the likelihood of an infected personal contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low. 

We are prepared to navigate these challenging circumstances with everyone’s safety in mind.

We source product from around the world. Many of these products are made to order. It can take 3 to 5 days depending upon the volume of orders received, before packaging and sending it out, via ePacket. usually between 3 to 5 days.

Our Shipping time consists of two sections:

  • Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging. All orders are dispatched from manufacturer within 3 to 5 Days after the order is placed and the payment is received. 
  • Shipping Time: The time taken to arrive to destination after dispatch from our warehouses. 

Following this your package will arrive between 14-30 business days depending on your geographic location. 

We make every effort to get the product to you as soon as possible 

Please consider holidays and postal disruptions etc. that may impact delivery times.

Some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

NOTE: Some suppliers can take up to 5 days for processing and handling, This is out of our control. Make sure you are prepared to wait or please do not order. This is the exception not the rule. 

Multiple items in your order
If you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package.  To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.  

Returns:
By placing an order on MicroDirect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to MicroDirect.  Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages

MicroDirect is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.  If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team at info@microdirect.ca

If you have not received your product by the 25th business day email us and we can check on its delay. Thanks for your patience.
